2. Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, DigitalToday.xyz will review the complaint and take action as necessary, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material. We may also attempt to notify the user who posted the content, allowing them to file a counter-notification if applicable.

3. Filing a Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you posted on DigitalToday.xyz was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

  • Identification of the Removed Content: Describe the material that has been removed or disabled and the location at which it appeared before it was removed.
  • Your Statement of Good Faith: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
  • Your Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if you are outside the United States, in any judicial district where DigitalToday.xyz may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice or an agent of that person.
  • Signature: A physical or electronic signature.
